I took a pregnancy test on Sunday and it must have been old or disfunctional or something because it literaly took like 20mins (no joke) to finally read not pregnant. So I went with it I was telling my friend and she was like you have to take another one, and I was like okay maybe next weekend I didnt really think I was pregnant. Then on Wednesday of the same week I was working that night at Rocking V, I hadnt ate the healthiest that day I had some cookies and candy and ate an early lunch, but that really wastn that abnormal for me. So we were busy and I was running around like crazy when I noticed that my eyes where doing something weird. It was like everyone was kinda like twinkling ( it was wierd ) the I started to get black cirlces in front of my eyes. I had never had anything like that happen so I ate a handful of gardeto's and seemed to be fine. That was when I kinda got thinkin that maybe I was pregnant. Another thing that week I was craving steak like no other..... ( I dont really like steak all that much so that was also kinda wierd ) So finally on Friday after work I came home and took another test and what do you know it said pregnant !!!! I was so excited. </div><div> </div><div>I went to the doctor when I was 7 weeks and he confirmed that I was pregnant and the baby had a heart beat and everything looked good. I was so glad but super paranoid that something would happen so we held off on telling everyone for a little while. </div><div> </div><div>First Trimester - I was very lucky I probably had one of the easiest pregnancies in the history. I was able to work both jobs the whole time and everyone was very understanding. I wasnt very sick just nautious alot,and really tired but I didnt care if it meant that my baby was healthy and growing then I would take it. If I had a day that I wasnt nautious I got worried !! In June we got to hear the heart beat that was one of the best days I was so happy to hear that and know that everything was okay.</div><div> </div><div>Second Trimester - It was great, I was so glad to have energy again.</div><div> </div><div>Third Trimester - Every thing was going good.... I still had energy sleeping wasnt to uncomfortable yet. Then at about 37 weeks I got a cold. Holy mother I have never had a cold that bad in my life it was horrible. My nose ran constantly, coughing.... freak I thought poor Andee was going to get shaking baby syndrom I would get coughing fits and just hold my stomache. This picture was taken on Dec 30, 2011 I was so ready to not be pregnant at this point. I was so sure that my baby would be here before Christmas then that didnt happen, I had the whole week after Christmas off from work and I was sure that she would come that week......That didnt happen. I basicaly spent that whole week walking,cleaning,hanging out with my mom, and sleeping. I was so freaking tired that week. This day was horrible I was so emotional, I was worried because I wanted my baby to come before the end of the year because then everything would be covered under my insurance, and it just wasnt happenin. Then we thought that my couisin was going to have her baby this day and she wasnt due until two weeks after me....... that was the last straw, I seriouly just cried. It didnt matter what people said that day it would make me cry !!!! I went to my moms house to hang out and me and Nicki and her "little" dog Syd just curled up on the couch and slept. All the guys were like she will come when she's ready it will be okay ect.... I just found that kinda interesting !!!! Even my brothers friend ( who is not married or has no girlfriend and really no expierence with babies or pregnant women) was very reasuring in the fact that "she" ( my baby ) would come when she is ready. ) REALLY...... When he told me that I almost killed him how the hell would he know. Now if I can just keep it up. Now more than ever do I believe its all the little things that add up, this last week if I had candy I counted it ( no more little tastes here and there ) I also started walking on my lunch break, and its amazing. I have thought about doing it in the past but was always worried about what would people think of me out there in my work clothes wondering around, or what shoes should I wear ???? would my work shoes be to uncomfortable .....ect..... ( I really overthink things ) but this week I just did it. It really feels good to go outside get some fresh air, sunshine and excercize in the middle of the day and it really helps with my afternoon cravings. Yesterday I was so discurraged because I was tired and didnt want to get up and work out and since I had worked out 6 days in a row I didnt really feel to bad about taking a day off. When I did my daily weigh in I was so annoyed that it wasnt any different that it has been when I had been working my butt of for the last little while. So I decided it was time to get serious and go back to meetings before this gets any worse. The meeting just so happened to be on how just because one serving is 2 points it does mean that 2 servings is 4 ect... So that got me kinda thinking about all the LITTLE things I just pop in my mounth. (aka hershey kisses ) I came home and figured out the points for them um yah 1 piece. So if I have a couple in the afternoon and a couple in the evening freak that could be like 10 extra points a day. and let me tell you Im not one of those people that done eat all her points I dont have points to spare. I love my mom so much she is ALWAYS doing so much for me. She really is my bestfriend, I have to talk to her atleast once everyday most of the time more. She turned 45 so here is 45 of the reasons I love her !!!</div><div align="center"></div><div align="center">1.Shopping trips </div><div align="center">2.Going to her house for dinner<em> ( seriouly she wouldnt mind if we came every night )</em></div><div align="center">3. She helps me soooo sooo much with everything.</div><div align="center">4. When Ope got hit by a car and I had to take her to Hurricane to the vet she took the day off work and went with us . The after work workout was a major accomplishment because usually after work I just want to come home and veg out infront of the tv or computer !!!! Oh we had plenty of time to shop we were in Vegas by 10:00. My dad is such a trooper at such events he gladly just came along and drove us around to store after store, mall after mall. Even when we would tell him a wrong road and we would get a little lost he would just joke about it. Seriously he had me laughing so hard a few times there was seriouly tears running down my face. We had to go pick up our running packets at the expo at Harrahs, well the nfr is taking place the same weekend and thats the same place as cowboy chrismas. So trying to find a place to park was pretty much imposible. After driving around the parking garage forever we saw these people standing in a space saving it. So we were like what the heck thats what we are going to have to do so we waited till we saw some people getting off the elevator and then kinda followed them to their car and my mom jumped out to save their place. Well it sounded like a good plan but another car wanted the place too so the freakin people started yelling mean names at my mom, but we got the place !!!! (maybe you had to bring their but at the time I was laughing, evan my mom thought it was pretty funney )Later that day we were still joking about it we met up with Nicki and her and my mom were riding in her car and my dad would be all hey call youre mom and tell her to get out and save us a place in the parking lot !!!!! I dont know why I find it so hard to get started because I always feel so much better even when I just do a little bit. So thats my plan for the week just do something.....anything everyday this week Mon-Sat. I made a little chart of my workouts if I stick with the chart great but as long as I do somthing everyday at least totalling an hour I will be proud. My reward for doing this all week is going to be some new magazines. Its scary how many magazines I buy each month so atleast this week I will be earning them !!!! I signed up for a half marathon on July 17th and I have been really struggling to train for it. Im on this kick where I do really good getting up and going running 4 or so times a week, for a week, then the next week NADA THING AHHHH its so frusterating. I want to get up but its hard.....im tired !!! ha ha Sometimes I feel like if im not running then no other workout is worth the time cause I burn the most calories when I run even though I know how important cross training, and weights are. So im telling my self that all I have to run is 3 days a week. This week it will be Tues, Thurs and "probably" Sat !!! Then on the other days all I have to do is one of my workout dvd's ( with one rest day ) even if its just 20 mins I always feel so much better and have more energy after I work out. P.s I work full time at one job and 3 or 4 nights a week at another waitressing so I feel like thats a valid excuse.....right ???? It is for me !!!! Heres the story ever since I tried to do the 13miles at one time on the treadmill its never been the same ( I dont know why ???) and probably never will. Its got so bad that I cant run on it(and since I dont really want to buy a new one right now )instead of walking I have mostly just been sleeping in ..... NOT EXERCIZING ummm... not so smart. Not with my less than steller eating habits Ive had lately it hasnt equelled out to a very good picture. Okay so its not that bad I only gained like 7lbs not 70 but it must stop here, and its going to. Hers how<br />1. until its light enough out side to run in the morning I will be running after work on the nights I dont work at rocking v ( I tried it today just to make sure it wouldnt kill me and it didnt so here I go...) <br />2.On days that I have to work at rocking v im going to crank the incline and walk on the treadmill I might not burn as many calories as running but anything is better than nothing. <br />3. Eating habits they need to improve I dont need 7 treat nights a week maybe one or two and they are treat "nights" not days or weeks !!!!<br />4. Weights at least 3 days a week, pilats 2 and abs at least every other day..... about the abs the time has come for the ole abs to step it up a litte. I just cant do something I have to plan in all out even if its just in my head so heres the "plan" for my blog. The whole time I was losing weight I would way in on Thursdays, because that's the day they have weight watchers here, so thats what im going to do here too. I dont always go to weight watchers everytime now because im life time so technically I only have to go once a month ( I know bad !!but something usually comes up ) Anyways I ALWAYS weigh my self everymoring to keep in check, so on Thurs mornings I will weigh myself and post it so that I can compare from week to week. Currently im about 5lbs over my "happy weight" and 15lbs away from my OMG WOW weight. I have never actually been at my OMG WOW weight but when I get there it will me AMAZING !!!! Also I plan to post what im eating and my points along with my workouts so keep myself accountable. Also let me mention Thurs in my treat night, I know I can have treats at any time and I do (sometimes) but right now I try to contain the "good" (aka bad for me treats ) to once a week. So when you see me devouring ben and jerrys on Thurs thats okay thats how I do things !!!!! (so far it has worked out well for me ) Then on Friday I start with a clean slate and we go through it all again. so here my stats for today:<br />workout: 45mins treadmill 35 runing 10 walking burned 394calories ( I use a heart rate monitor = 3 activity points<br />food Breakfast 1 cup special K 2pnts<br /> 1/2 cup milk 1pnt<br /> 1/2 c mandrin oranges 1pnt<br /> snacks apple sauce 1pnt<br /> grapes 1cup 1pnt<br /> apple 1 pnt<br /> I ate a late lunch aroung 2:30 thats why so many snacks <br /> lunch bean,cheese, and rice burito 5pnts<br /> dinner salmon 2pnts<br /> 1/2 c corn 1pnt<br /> salad (with lemon juice and a little salsa) 0pnts<br /> 1 slice bread 2nts<br /> 1 cup milk 2pnts <br />so that currenty puts me and 19points and I get 24 for the day I think my night time little treat is going to me some 1pnt cupcakes and a 1pnt pudding leaving me at 21points for the day. Im under today but trust me that dont happen often so im not worring about it !!!!! Its always my goal to get in my 5 servings or more of fruit and vegatables a day and today I did it Yeah for me !!!
