Goals

My goal for this week is to get back on the exercize bandwagon. I dont know why I find it so hard to get started because I always feel so much better even when I just do a little bit. So thats my plan for the week just do something.....anything everyday this week Mon-Sat. I made a little chart of my workouts if I stick with the chart great but as long as I do somthing everyday at least totalling an hour I will be proud. My reward for doing this all week is going to be some new magazines. Its scary how many magazines I buy each month so atleast this week I will be earning them !!!! So far so good my work out today was 30 mins yoga, 25 mins firm weights, 15 mins treadmill running, and 20 mins elliptical. This is the first time I have done yoga and I really liked it.

So, I just found your blog...You are inspiring. I love weight watchers and am not forever going to read your blog to stay motiviated to exercise and stick with my points. IT really helps when I read your stories:) You Rock! Thanks!
